The CIGRE’s Romanian National Committee, as organizer and CNTEE Transelectrica (the Romanian TSO), as co-organizer, would like to take this opportunity to invite to register for International    Conference on Condition Monitoring, Diagnosis and Maintenance 2019 - CMDM 2019 (5th edition) that will take place in Bucharest, September 9th -11th 2019, at Radisson Blu Hotel Bucharestevent organized with the support of CIGRE Paris.

 

As part of CMDM 2019, the Romanian National Committee of CIGRE has invited also Study Committees A3 "High voltage equipment" to hold its annual meeting in Romania. In association with the meeting, the Study Committees A3 will organize an international colloquium titled “Challenges for Further Reliable T&D Substation and Equipment in the Future” supported also by SC B3 representativesThe Colloquium and a tutorial will take place in Bucharest, Romania, 7th - 13th September 2019

2019 IEEE JORDAN INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE - Keynote Speech -Thani Bin Mohammed Al-Kusaibi

Thani Bin Mohammed Al-Kusaibi is member of CIGRE Administrative Council and Previous Member of CIGRE Steering Committee, Individual Member of CIGRE (Distinguished Member). He is a Senior Member of the IEEE. From 1986 to 1995, has worked for Ministry of Electricity and Water (Oman) in the departments of distribution, transmission, planning and electrical projects. Was appointed director of electrical projects in 1996 to 2004. By 2004, was appointed General Manager for establishing Oman Electricity Transmission Company and later became the General Manager. By 2008 and until now appointed as Adviser for Transmission and Planning Affairs. From 2004 to 2011 was appointed a board member (director) for GCCIA, DPC and DGC. Has participated in establishing of Oman IEEE Section and PES Oman Chapter
